This place is absolutely phenomenal, and their customer service is top-notch. The first thing people usually want to know about is the food, so let me assure you, the food is delicious and fresh. I would absolutely go here again for the taste alone.
But the most important thing to me was their customer service. As someone who has developed deadly food allergies (including sesame), I had pretty much written off sushi as an option for me for the foreseeable future. And it has been years since I was able to enjoy sushi until now. Sushi 101 went out of their way to ensure that I could enjoy sushi for my wedding anniversary, and I couldn’t be happier to share my favorite food with my favorite person. And Sushi 101 made that happen.

Stopped here for lunch one day with a coworker she has some vegan sushi stuff that I don’t remember. I had the California and rainbow rolls. I haven’t eaten much sushi so I couldn’t tell you how it compares to other places but I enjoyed the sushi. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our time restraint (can’t come back if we don’t have a job). Solid solid food and good service I’d go back for sure 👍🏽

We’ve been having date nights at Sushi 101 for years, but the new location, atmosphere and additional menu items really have kicked it up a notch in our book! The food was delicious, and with the reverse happy hour we left VERY SATISFIED- Easton and Brooke were wonderful behind the bar and made sure our spontaneous visit was a memorable one! Thanks guys!!

Sushi 101 has been a go-to of mine for a few years now. Their Godzilla Roll is one of my favorites. The Bulgogi was also a hit in our house. The service was great. The owner was helping out the night we went. Love seeing that.

Great spot. had a great lunch here. The staff was very friendly. Very engaged with us and our day to day life. Great people and local spot to eat Great sushi 🍣. Will go back and recommend to others. Thanks for the great experience. Vegan options for whom has dietary restrictions.

First time going to their new location. Great food always, little change in their menu but was able to accommodate. Amazing vegan options with expanding on that. The sweet potato roll is the best! I also had the Osaka cocktail which was so yummy & light! Had a great date night! Always love Sushi101.

Very good fresh fish. I ordered the $90 platter and it fed three grown men! We were stuffed! The gentleman that brought it out to the car was very cordial and explained everything about the platter and sides. Will definitely order from there again.

Love the sweet new location that used to be Salut. Google still hasn't updated yet but it's just east of Dorsey on University (1/2 mile from old location). Food was tasty and quick service. Can't wait to go back when not working for Saki bombs 🍻

If craving sushi and in Tempe/ ASU area Sushi 101 is a lifesaver.The Cheetah sushi roll is my favorite on the menu. Sweet potato and spicy salmon with eel sauce.The Ramen portions are large and never disappoint. Vegan options are also available. Happy hour starts at 3pm.
