My first time going here. The food is pretty delicious. The atmosphere is calming and dim. I only wish it was just a little bigger and not to crunched up. Aside from that very laid back and great craft beers.

Food was great, service is friendly, good selection of beers on tap. The Mill Ave location has limited seating but there is also the location on university and Hardy, same owners.

Pasty: A Midwestern lunch and dinner served cold or hot, it is sort of a hybrid pie-sandwich traditionally with vegetables and meat.
I had no idea there were Pasty meals were available in the south west.
The leave no disappointment. We definitely plan to go back.
Remember this is downtown Tempe so you may need to walk a tad, but that is in your favor as there are so many fun shops to visit in the area the walk to get a delicious pasty!

Cornish Pasties is a diamond in the rough, on a strip of high volume, flashy but soulless venues. The physical bar itself is beautiful, with a bar that includes indoor and outdoor seating (I'm here in fall when it's well below 110 degrees) and booths made from church pews. The menu is something you might see in the countryside of England, with very traditional pasties. The beer list is interesting and skews local. And the staff are top notch.

We very much enjoyed our dinner here. Beers were great, service outstanding. Nice to hang out on the Tempe strip. Food was decent, they were out of quite a few things like the hatch chile burger pasty.

This place is great. We've been to the Mill St. location and the one in downtown Phoenix so far. Both have really good food (for meat eaters and vegans) at a fair price. Locations vary as far as atmosphere. The Mill St. location is really small, more of a walk-up bar setting, but the same great food and service are on offer. If they'd only bring back the King Diamond-style t-shirts, they'd be perfect!

Great place on the strip of Mills downtown Tempe. Small cousy bar atmosphere with fun English pub food. Pasties of all kinds plus incredible desserts. Shannon was a awesome host. Definitely a favorite stop.

The best, most unique pasty I’ve tasted in the United States. Filled with red chili pork stew, rice, hatch chili, & cheese, the filling was spicy, hearty, and full of flavor. It was perfect on the “cool” 60 degree day Tempe was having that day. On Sunday, 34 Oz pitchers of beer are only $9. I tried a lager that paired perfectly with the pasty. The bartenders were all incredibly hospitable. Awesome spot.
