I’d like a full refund. The woman who made my burrito was extremely rude. Never greeted me and then said what do you want? What do I want?!? It’s like I disturbed her while she was sleeping or something. I gave her the benefit of the doubt but then I open my burrito and that’s what it looks like?!? It was impossible to eat. So poorly wrapped I spilled it all over my pants. Ruined my work day. Also spilled half the guacamole when she was scooping it and didn’t add in more. Got like a teaspoon of guacamole. Will not be back

I went there at 2:00 expecting there to be no one but it was very busy. Luckily there was plenty of staff and the line moved quickly. Food was great as usual, really have never had a bad experience at any location I've gone to

They served just a little in the Bowl and they charge more without telling me that if I request combination pork and Chicken samr portion NOT extra, need to pay more, but everything was in small portion. Not good service today the one is at Winchester Road Temecula and Ynez Road.🤮

They cater to online orders rather than those in line waiting. The credit machine went down and only could do cash or online orders. Line out to the door and we had cash but no one was making meals until someone asked when do we who have cash and are waiting in line get serviced then did the manager decide to tell the employees to help customers in the store.

Good food. Fast pick up times
Edit: looking at about a 10% missing order rate. Wrong orders or missing food. Got a quesadilla and the quesadilla is missing, just the sides. Clean container no grease stains.

Management needs to do a surprise inspection. No napkins were out. Salad dressing containers were next to empty. No mild salsa. Cashier failed to push food to my side of the counter, i had to awkwardly reach over the counter to get my order. Steak was cold. Tortilla was hot though. Too hot. It was burning in my hand.
Majority of empty tables were dirty
Little things add up.. if there's a new manager, they need to get checked asap. I expect better from chipotle. Other locations are near flawless

I ordered a steak bowl today and I asked for some of the hot salsa and before I could tell the employee I wanted it on the side, he completely drowned my bowl with the salsa😳 when I got home and ate it, it was so spicy I ended up not eating it at all 😖 I was really disappointed

Online app ordering is the best in Temecula. Always on time with good size portions. Staff is friendly and helpful.
