Horrible customer service not only was the music to loud but the girl didn't get my order right and called out the complete wrong name having me sit there being late for my lob waiting 30 min for my order... sitting right infront of them with few customers I had to ask for my order because I could no longer wait. Worst service ever.

There's something seemingly nefarious in that juice...
I used to drink one daily... I used to be more emotional than I felt I should be... I stopped drinking Jamba and the overly emotional behavior stopped...
Too much estrogen? Maybe the 666 in their logo? IDK... but, ever since I stopped I'm feeling normal again...
How does a juice spot have so many unhealthy looking customers?

I just wanted to give the team at Jamba a huge pat on the back. I was surprised they were even open in all of this. They were so kind and caring despite how stressful things must be. Cade and Desiree were in store today, but the whole team always does a stellar job. There's nowhere else i'd rather Mango-A-Go-Go for a smoothie and superior service!

Our smoothies were a bit watery and wasn't blended thoroughly. They were too busy talking amongst each other and didn't pay attention to the consistency of the smoothie. Smoothie wasn't a smoothie, more like a melted shake. There was still pieces of ice i had to crunch on in the drink and chunks of ingredients as well.
