We used Batter Up Bakery as our wedding vendor for our wedding cake and desserts. Absolutely no complaints! Everything was wonderful and delivered to the venue without issue. We didn't really want a huge, elaborate wedding cake because we wanted to have a dessert and candy bar with a lot of different options, so we ordered a small 'semi-naked' wedding cake. It tasted great and we added a few flowers from our florist to make it look perfect.

I tried this bakery for the first time yesterday. Based on a plain croissant and a slice of Orange Blossom Cake I'd say it's a good place, not great. They have lots of iced layer cakes, both whole and individual slices. The cake had great flavor (orange, not orange blossom) without being too strong. I couldn't taste any butter in the cake or icing though there was real whipped cream between the layers. If I'm going to eat unhealthy, I want all the good stuff. The buttery croissant was quite excellent, among the best I've ever had. Soft but also nicely crispy on the outside. But way overpriced at $4.25. Hmmm. Both things were freshly made and I wouldn't say I'd be suffering if I ate them again. But it's not five star, IMHO. The premises were very clean. Tons of free parking outside. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Comfy chairs inside for leisurely eating, also shaded tables outside.

i really liked this place before.i understand the inflation hits everyone, but 3.99 for a cup cake only a little bigger than a large brown egg and packaged with plastic container. Tbh, they look cheap, and just like walmart cupcake but triple of the price … very disappointed, and we will not go back again!
Do you guys have different bakers now? they don’t taste the same at all, the frosting tastes old , and cake tastes dry!

Until today, I had really liked this place and have been going for years to purchase coffee, treats and cakes (whole cakes a few times, but not a custom cake).
No sure what was happening with the boss and employees, but it was a very bad day for all of them. Employees were very crabby and impatient with customers (one lady left her desserts on the counter and walked out). I tried to order a custom 50th anniversary cake. I was told the only one who could help me and order the cake was the boss/owner herself. However, I was not allowed to talk to her or ask any questions. Another employee was a "go between" and the owner couldn't be bothered. I was told it was her 3rd day back from vacation and she was just too busy to deal with any customers. I was told to give the "go between" a photo of the exact cake I wanted and all the details and she would go talk to the owner to see if the owner even wanted to do the cake. It was so weird, frustrating and very unprofessional. I ended up going to a different bakery to get the custom cake done.

What a delightful bakery! The girls behind the counter are helpful and nice, and the prices are very reasonable. We popped in for a Saturday afternoon treat, and everyone ordered something different. The cake slices were wonderful and the fruit tart and chocolate tart were both delicious as well. Highly recommend!

I really would have hoped for some better decorating on a $100 cake.., also could have done without the paper inside. They do have yummy cheese danishes though 🤷🏼♀️

Absolutely love the vibe of this Custom Bakery and coffee shop. All the pastries and cakes we’ve had are beautifully decorated and you can tell they use quality ingredients. Nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and pastry in a welcoming environment. They have a nice little outdoor area to enjoy as well.

I scheduled a tasting here for my wedding and I had a very disappointing experience. I ended up going with another area bakery where my fiance and I were treated very well and received a more personalized experience. After communicating with Nicole by e-mail regarding the tasting and gave her a time window (not a specific time) as we had another appointment prior, we got there a bit after the time. But upon arrival, we immediately got grief from the staff for not showing up at the "appointment time", though we didn't have one, so it was already off to a bad start. Then, they did end up giving us a tasting but Nicole was off doing other things for a very long time, so we didn't get a lot of 1-on-1 attention. She came much later and had a few binders of options, but she was not very friendly and I honestly felt like we were bothering her. I don't feel good about giving my business to a person/group who aren't very polite, especially for a wedding, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. It's too bad the service sucked because the cakes were pretty good.
