Worst location I’ve been too ever. I’ve been more then once since I live close. Always the same results. Never have certain items and always rude, will cut you off at order, was just here and the manager literally open the window shoved my food out didn’t even make eye contact and said “here you go” and shut the window. I legit almost dropped my food. Happy Mother’s Day to you too! Long sting short they will take all day and treat you like garbage. Needs whole new staff and management.

Love their Monster biscuit! However, I arrived around 7a.m., and was the only one dining inside, and with 2 TV's blasting a sports talk show, with Stephen A. Smith and others. So the entire time I was eating, I had to listen to these guys practically YELLING their opinions. And OVER each other. Both TV's up WAY too loud. Made for a very unsettling and unpleasant dining experience. (I had a similar experience the previous time I ate at another Carl's Jr...that time, the MUSIC was blaring full blast! Early morning is not the time for such loud noise. TV and music are fine, but please, regulate the volume. I give 5 stars for the food, and 1 star for the inside dining experience. Average = 3 stars. 🙂

This was the best experience I ever had at Carl’s Jr! Friendly workers, great service in every way and the New Gold Digger Chicken Sandwich i ordered was made perfectly and the lettuce looked just like a commercial!

Bad service, very dirty environment, no restrooms (blocked) and honestly the worst sandwich I've ever had at a Carl's Jr. Restaurant it actually came with wrong meat and to top that off the patty was torn to stretch it out & make it look bigger with no less than an actual piece of the small/thin patty missing out of the middle served with rusty lettuce.. A horrible experience at my favorite chain restaurant. I love Carl's/Hardee's restaurants and this one does not measure up by a very long shot!!!!! Needs better trained employees and for certain an owner at this location that Cares about upholding company standards.

We were in the area easy grab and go. Quick and polite service. Food was not great. Both of us got Sante fe chicken sandwiches and they were so wet. You picked them up and they were dripping down your arm. And not in an enjoyable way. He got zucchini and I french fries. Fries were ok, but the zucchini was so limp and greasy. I was definitely no pleased with our meals. Last few times we have eaten at any of the Carl's Jr's the quality, taste and look has been something to desire. Not sure I will go back anytime soon.

I lived here since 1988 we've been through countless managers for Carl's juniorsand then we have now is quite obviously the worse most of all she's had employees that worked here before she even got here walk out,there's more but let's Carl's Jr's management review her employment here or just with Carl karcher restaurants LLC. So when she walks in and she sees me enjoy myself here charging
my phone drinking my coffee she walked to the
floor supervisor over to control panel flip the switch and turned off the power. What really pisses me off is that power switch also turns off the flying insect zapper. Here are some photos for proof, and by the way she didn't wash herhands after she came out on the floor from dropping off her purse. Enjoy your food 😊
