Chipotle Mexican Grill

As an past employee of chipotle before in another city miles away. I have to say I’m disappointed with this location. I arrived in the restaurant at 6:15pm, as soon as I entered there was a line to the front exit door. On the right side wall across from where I was standing was the trash. Not only was the trash was overly full, but the dinning area was not clean. Once I got closer to order my meal. The serving counter and pans of the line was filled with rice, dried beans, dried steak juice on lid, salsa with dried rims and almost every meat looking dry. On the back prep area where dirty dishes were stacked, as well as a hotel pan full of not bagged chips. There was not enough people on the line to expedite the line of guest. One tortilla person, one salsa person and a cashier. I’ve notice a team member with a collared shirt on grill which, I assumed is the kitchen manager did not even notice the line or quality of the food. Another gentlemen with a collared shirt was taking care of take out orders in the back. Not only was the dinning area a mess but the floors behind the service line was filled with trashed and trash bins over filled. This is not the high standards I’ve taught ever in my stores. Such a shame to see a once beloved career, myself have been in be this horrible. Please reach out to GM, Area Manager, and Field Leader to discuss what actions need to be corrected to uphold Chipotle’s integrity and high standards.

This Chipotle has great customer service and at times can fall behind, but they ensure fresh food. They are a very busy spot being located where they are. I visited the day and Night of Valentines Day. They were whelmed with customers but managed to pull themselves out of a jam. Very good up keeping when it came to dining in.

So this is my first experience with chipotle so I'm not sure how much of this is normal. But first off we ordered take out; two burritos and a Mexican coke. They put the cold coke on top of the burritos so the coke warmed up and the burritos were cold. Burritos were so small about the length of a taco bell quesorito but it was a bit thicker. The tortillas were so tough it felt like we had to tug to eat it and hard to chew. The beans were bland. Seemed like there was no cheese in it at all. The over all flavor was good, not really like Mexican food. More like a salad put into a tortilla. The red sauce was kinda spicy (had a small kick, that's it) and the green sauce had a nice flavor.

The line was EXTREMELY long, those poor workers were working their butts off, definitely not enough staff working this evening, to keep all of the food cooked before it ran out and have to make and take all of the orders. Completely out of lettuce, chips and forks of all things, couldn’t even eat there, had to go home where we had forks and lettuce for our salads. Very disappointed. (Not in the staff that was working, those poor kids were working their butts off.)

I went in for a bean rice and cheese burrito, normally I get charged a couple dollars under a bean and cheese burrito and then charged for the rice as a side. The employee charged me under a veggie burrito for two only for a burrito with 3 ingredients. This has never happened, it’s absolutely ridiculous they would charge me almost 10 dollars for a bean rice and cheese burrito. I went in and got a refund and drove to another chipotle where they got my order right. Idk if things have changed or they just don’t know what the heck they are doing but no one should pay almost 10 dollars for a deng bean rice and cheese. Absolutely ridiculous

Horribly dirty. The food prep area was disgusting and full of food scraps. The guacamole had a huge chunk of cheese in it and no one seemed to even care. The dining area was hella dirty. Food all over the floor and trash everywhere. What a disappointment. This is the 2nd time I’ve been there and both times nasty 🤮
