Pizza Hut

They got my pizza ready in fifteen minutes or less like they said. Took advantage of the two medium three topping special for $7.99 each. I chose the pepperoni mushrooms and jalapenos got one pizza hand tossed crust and one pan pizza. The pizza's were cooked perfectly. I always have liked Pizza Huts crust and the pan was not to dissapoint. The pan pizza was cooked to a perfect golden brown. The hand tossed was most excellent. Thank you Pizza Hut our lunch was very enjoyable.

Really guys... I'm not one to leave bad reviews but you deserve this one. I placed an order near closing about 15 min and over an hour past your estimate arrival still nothing no call and no food not even a courtesy call saying it's too close to closing we can't fill your order. You charged my card so expect a call from me to make this right. So i ordered Domino's

Pizza is greasy. We special ordered online, the special instructions apparently weren't conveyed. When I questioned the employee on it I was told to call in after placing the order online next time. I told him how about he gives me my money back. He refused saying "we don't do refunds when it isn't our fault.". Yet, he couldn't explain how their ordering system failing is my fault. He did offer the number to corporate as rectification. The kid was not professional at all. To top it off, he gave me a fake number to "corporate".

I'm giving two stars only because I like the pizza, but when I went in, I ordered the $10 carry out large any topping any crust special. When I got charged, it was almost $60, the guy who was at the front desk visiting with his girlfriend explained that there was a "bug" in their system that wouldn't let him do the special. Really... really...? The owner of this establishment and Pizza Hut has lost my business for not doing his/her due diligence on showing his/her employees on how to work around a "bug" in order to uphold the integrity of the name in front of the building.

I've been doing business with this pizza hut since they opened their doors a few years ago. I've never been all that impressed with them but I prefer them to the others locally. Today, I'm told they are not delivering because of bad weather. The sun is shining. The snow has melted and there isn't hardly a cloud in the sky. If I could drive over and get it, I would rather than pay that ridiculous delivery fee but I cannot at the moment. So I will be going somewhere else from now on for my pizza.

Absoulutly horrible, order a pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeno pizza and got bell peppers. On top it took almost a hour and half to even deliver our pizza. O and wait if you call from number you order they will NOT pick up. Called from another number they picked up right away Nd where so rude and didn't want to help. Worse delivery serves ever.

Twice now our pizza was almost an hour late. The price is twice as much for less pizza, and there customer service was terrible. We live 1 street away from the pizza Hut, yet they went and made two deliveries in Golden hill before making our delivery. We won't be ordering from this establishment again and won't recommend them to anyone.
