Poor customer service. Labels for the ice cream were either mixed up or missing. When asked to confirm the kind it was, the staff did not know and replied I think so. She Did not attempt to make an effort to make sure. She guessed by the color of it and clearly that kind of ice cream was in front of it. Staff isn’t knowledgeable about their position. If you have allergies- Do not go here!!!

The management at thia stores needs to be removed. They tried to serve warm ice cream from a broken case. They refused to provide the store number to file a complaint after not having strawberry ice cream for over two weeks. Manager said he would bring it up from downstairs a week later still unavailable. Sent email to corporate regional manager did not respond to date.

My girlfriend and I purchased an ice cream cake from this place and i have to say the staff was very rude, we kindly asked if they can write happy birthday john there were four staff members and not one was busy at the time just laughing and giggling speaking a different language. The excuse was that they didnt have the drizzel but clearly I saw that they had a ton of frostings and caramel/chocolate fudge in which they could have supplemented with and they said "i am sorry we cannot do that" sad excuse especially after you are all relaxing on the job. When he put it in the plastic bag, he slammed it into the bag and the screen went in. On top of everything When we cut the cake it was labeled oreo chocolate it was chocolate chip. Very disappointed especially after spending 50 dollars on candles and a cake. Please hire new staff!!!
