I honestly don’t know how places like this are still in business. I stopped coming here years ago because the service and quality was terrible. Today’s experience solidified the reason I have not been in years. I ordered a custom cake for my daughters 8th birthday. Order was confirmed and I spoke with Richard the owner 5 times to confirm what I wanted done. I showed up to pick up the cake and there was no cake. The girl who works behind the counter called Richard up and put him on speaker. He said I can be there in a hour and I half to work on it. When I explained that I have 25 kids at my house and we need the cake now he hung up and didn’t call back. I suggest avoiding this place and the people who own this place. There are other establishments that will appreciate the business. Stay away.

Placed an online order for my sister’s birthday. I paid through PayPal but according to butterflake they couldn’t find the order. I had to call 3 times and each time was given the same response.. “someone will call you back”.. but nobody ever did. A month later I get my refund. Needless to say my sister’s bday was a bit ruined bc of their lack of attention and consideration. Horrible, rude customer service over the phone. Nasty attitudes. Truly sad considering it is a “local business” I was trying to support. They made absolutely no attempt to rectify the situation or offer anything to appease their customer considering it was totally their fault. Never again!!! Take your business elsewhere!!!
