I thoroughly enjoy the food here, but for the third time, orders I have placed several hours before have been delayed. I went to place my dinner order at 10 am today, and it did not let me set a pickup time until 6 - I figured they were busy from the holiday so were backed up until 6 pm and hence why I could not get it any earlier in the day - and then I received a call just now that my order which I set for 715 pm pickup and placed at 10 am would not be ready until at least 8:30. I explained this doesn’t work as I had a movie to get to and then had to make a two hour drive home to family , to which they said this was non negotiable. I wouldn’t even be posting but this is the third time this has happened, and the other two times were not holidays. Very disappointed as I set my schedule around when the online pickup time is set , very unprofessional. I get they are busy for the holiday, but I figured that’s why I couldn’t set pick up for until 6 pm - very upset and disappointed, a shame this is the only kosher Chinese available UPDATE: arrived later at 8:55 to make sure they had plenty of timeX and my order is STILL not ready ... unacceptable

I never write reviews on Google and rarely ever complain about food but I unfortunately had to for this. The food did not have ANY salt in it. NONE. Not the chicken, not the rice, not the soup. I didnt know it could be this bad. The chicken was all batter and oil, the rice had zero flavor and was hard (I had to reheat with several of my own sauces to make it taste decent) and then the wontons- for a great amount of dough, you get a SPECK of beef. And I mean a speck! I am actually horrified that I spent money on this when there are SO many great food options right next door and also around the corner.
