Little Caesars

Worst little ceasars in downriver!!! They are never open for one. Not only that but the bread is always dry and pizzas get cheated on the cheese. Just horrible will never stop there again! Jets is always better anyway. Update!!!! I should of stuck with the the first review and not come again. Well I did and again worse than before. I went last night before closing time and got pizza that was on the shelf all day wasn’t hot cheese wasn’t melted. The crazy bread was dry once again and you can tell they didn’t clean the pan or was cooked in due to black residue being on the bread couldn’t eat it. Chicken was ok but could of been cooked longer. At this point I want my money back I can’t keep taking losses on food and money!!

Its Little Cesar's the food is always hit or miss depending on who or how it's made but that's to be expected. The drive through is cool but be prepared to wait 45 minutes or longer if there's more than a few cars. Do not pay until they have your order at the window or you'll regret it. The one thing I don't understand is ordering at the screen then getting to the window and them not knowing what you've ordered. Especially when you order something and they say it's going to be 10 mins on that and then you wait 10 mins in line because you think that 10 mins you waited would surely count towards the 10 minutes they told you, Only to get to the window and it's like you're ordering again ? And it's going to be 10 minutes. That doesn't add up.

I really do hate that this establishment is not ran as it should be. I think it boils down to a bunch of new people who don’t really care. I was once younger and worked in the food industry but I still took more pride in my work and cared a lot more about my customers. I never imagined that they could consistently get this wrong time again no matter how many complaints or eye-rolls. I thought after a few months of reopening they would have it together by now. It’s unfortunate that I must go to another location now because this is the closest one that I pass the most. This quality food ruined me and my sons guys night out when we went to zap zone last week. He loves pizza but he couldn’t care less for this establishment either. I should’ve been taking pictures during my previous experiences. These pictures are from my last visit and you can see the pizza falling apart. The crust was detaching from the pizza And they NEVER cut it completely through. When trying to fold it together in order to sandwich it that just made it worse. It reminds me of slop and their sauce can be hit & miss when it comes to the flavoring which is just weird. He once wanted to work here but not anymore. I told him maybe when he is old enough he can make a good difference. I don’t plan on coming back before then.

Seem to keep getting the world's worst pizza with this location. We have received one undercooked took it back and the cashier Asked if I was gonna eat it still. No!!it's raw!! . and one cooked percectly... just not cut!!! Looky here.. another time, and can't seem to get the pizza I ordered correct!! Had to go back up. I guess I should have looked at my pizza before leaving the window. But I expected the workers to know what they are doing, I guess I was wrong. Since the remodel it seems to have gone down hill as of the food being cooked properly and being correct. Workers seem nice, timing seems okay.
