Went there this morning , June 2nd, 2022. Was the only one in line for the drive thru. I ordered a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese on the side and two orders of hash brown’s , received my bagel not toasted and cream cheese on it , and my hash browns are still currently frozen

If I could give them negative stars I would. EMPLOYEE TOOK PICTURE OF MY DEBIT CARD AND USED IT ON FOOD UBER AND ONLINE SHOPPING the same day! Do not go to this dunkin!!!! Unacceptable way to run a business.

Gave me one egg and 1 and a 1/2 pieces of bacon on a sour dough sandwich that requires 2 eggs and 5 and a 1/2 slices of bacon literally highway robbery and the bread was very thin. Never going there again

Went for a Icelatte this morning got a ice coffee with latte sticker . SMH clearly rushing didn't want to make a latte . I worked at dunkins it's the easiest job in the world. Wouldn't recommend this dunkins to anyone .

This shouldn't be an issue but I was grabbing a snacking bacon and a coffee this morning. As I reached in the bag to get a piece of bacon it was good. Asked if it could be heated up (never had it cold at any other location) the gentleman at the driver through window, in a rehearsed tone said "No. That's how it comes". Complete laziness.

Currently understaffed so service is slow. Ordered on app and order was not ready. Got drinks but they were clueless about the sandwich in the order. 15 min store and finally got all items order 8 minutes before arriving.

Placed an on the go order for walk-in got to there and the door was locked. Had to go through the drive thru took 30 minutes to get my food.

You go to the drive through for a quick and easy morning. However it was anything but quick.i ordered a bagel to be toasted, but because 7 people were working on drinks and no one on food and no communication, I was asked to pull up and some one would bring my bagel out. Anything but convenient or fast.
