Convenient there's a self service machine you do not have to stand in a long line waiting to place an order, you can simple doing it on your own I love it keep up KFC. I hope to have a similar experience across all KFCs in PE "Convenience". thank you

Worst service ever and the employees are very rude. I can't believe that I had to wait an hour for meat that was supposed to be done in 20 mins. Further to that the employees served people that came after me first while I waited in the parking lot. I've to various KFC shops but this one and the employees' attitude just made me full. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Even when the meat was done it just wasn't worth the wait.

They almost always out of ice cream for milkshakes, especially on hot days. I always have to double check my order as there is 90% of the time something missing.

Had to wait very long and when we got our food it was cold. Very disappointed! We normally go to the one in Newton Park where service is better and food is always warm.

Decent KFC in cape road I go drive through usually as it is quicker. Peak hours it can get very full though

Sluggish service and my order took over 45 minutes before I received it. Cars waiting for food in the parking lot must be attended to as well systematically!
