Matt and Kevin are true gentlemen every time I come here for a work trip dinner, they are the best. They are prompt, respectful, and go above and beyond to make sure each patron enjoys their meal - they deserve raises and bonuses for all that they do. You will get excellent service, a delicious meal, and a great conversation if one of them is serving you.

My husband and I had an amazing time at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. The steak was one the one the best steak, I had in a long time , well seasoned and juicy whereas the Mac and cheese could have used a bit of seasoning, too bland for my taste. Our server Alfredo was great, he took the time to explain the menu in great details and we were not rushed another plus my husband got a desert on the house as we were celebrating his birthday which I thought was very lovely Overall Service and food were great I would definitely recommend Ruth’s Chris steakhouse to anyone who is looking for a great dinning experience on special occasions

It was my first time here. Absolutely loved it. I did not like my lobster tail as it was overcooked. However, do you wait? Just went ahead and made me a brand new one with no issues. It was perfectly cooked the second time. Friendly professional. Great customer service. Would go back there again in a heartbeat. Everything was top notch.

From the moment we were seated, Diego made us feel welcome and attended to our every need throughout the meal. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered great recommendations on both food and wine choices. Diego's warm and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the dining experience, making us feel valued as customers. He consistently checked on us without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we were enjoying our meal. Moreover, Diego displayed a high level of professionalism, handling any special requests with ease and efficiency. His attention to detail and ability to anticipate our needs truly impressed us. Overall, Diego's exceptional service made our dining experience at Ruth's Chris truly memorable. I would highly recommend requesting him as a server during your visit to the restaurant. We had a party in a private room with about 34 people and the service we received by Cezar, Mandi & Santiago was incredible ! Very attentive and accommodating with the allergies some of the guests had ! We have no complaints from booking the evening with Catherine to Packing our leftovers with Santiago! Cezar even came in to sing an opera version of happy birthday WE LOVED IT ! My dads 70’s perfect was a perfect surprise. The food was cooked perfectly and it was delicious. Huge Thank you to the Ruth Chris in Tarrytown. The hostess even took our group picture outside before we left :)

I celebrated my birthday here and I have to say this place was very inviting. When we walked in, they were expecting us our table was set. I believe a reservation is needed. The food was ok it wasn't what I thought. I had high expectations regarding the food. I thought my steak would have been bigger, my Lobster Tail was good and sweet. I really didn't need any sauce. My cream spinach was good and my lobster bisque was really good. It was my steak which wasn't cooked the way I asked for it. I asked for medium well, and they made it well done . My steak was simi dry, and it was small. So my expectations were high, but after my experience, I was like ohh ok, this was ok, nothing like the raves that my children had regarding it. I wouldn't come back, but I did enjoy the experience. Our waitress Amanda was amazing. The gentleman that cleaned our table off was really nice and focused.
