I love this place and it's location,coffee and food is great but they always seem to have issues with understanding and taking my orders. The people are super friendly but the lack of order understanding is a bit of an issue for me.

Stopped in for a quick latte & was pleasantly surprised as the level of customer service! I was greeted by a lovely woman (I asked her for her name and cannot remember it, my apologies) Aida? Anyway, my latte was delicious as were the 2 pastries my Lady-Barista recommended. Highly recommend a RAISE for this Team and suggest you lunch or snack at Einstein Bros Bagels because of them.

I eat there a couple times a week they have a turkey bacon avocado that I get on cheesy hash brown bagel to die for always clean staff is very professional and friendly. They have outside seating as well as inside tables great place.

It's located inside the USF Health building. It has breakfast and lunch types of food. It's open for breakfast and it closes around 2:00 p.m. it's a great place to go when you have a doctor's appointment and you want to grab a quick bite. They have great food.
