Literally the sweetest girls!! I hate hate banana and they had no problem changing out what I wanted!!! Even as there was a line they made sure I was happy with what I ordered and explained everything to me!��
This place is great. I love all the options for wraps. Flatbreads and sandwiches. They have a great variety of smoothies too. The best part is their service . Everyone is very nice. Especially the manager, Peterson. I really appreciate how well he took care of us. I'm also glad that this place is in a great location. I had the chicken capresse pressed sandwich and the detox island green smoothie. I was very impressed with my choices. I definitely recommend this smoothie.
In and out, always quick, warm welcome upon arrival. My last visit, I Needed a smoothie for a friend that had just given birth and didn’t know what to get based off of the fruits she said she would like…the cashier was knowledgeable and helped me to get her what she wanted.
Tropical smoothie can really be a hit or miss, especially the USF location. But Ms. Adriana is the bomb. Shes really fast, smoothies could out tasty and smooth. I dont write reviews at all but i just want to shout her out and show her some appreciation because she really is the best. Ive literally order the same two smoothies for years now. And the smoothie taste different each time. It kills me. But thank you Ms. Adriana for real, you are a MVP. I hope you can read this, have a great day!

I'm a customer for life, I love the rewards points system, so easy to earn and you're always unlocking free food, smoothies, supplements, etc. Highly recommend for anyone looking to lead a healthy lifestyle and have it taste AMAZING along the way!
Ordered ahead of time for pick up. There was no issue with ordering. When I arrived, the order was ready within a minute or two of the designated time. All the food was fresh and well made. Chicken Caprese, my wife said, was "like crack" to her. I think that is a positive (although I need to talk to her about how she knows what crack is like). I got the Caribbean Chicken Jerk Wrap. Definitely quality food. Definitely a little on the spicy side, but I think that was expected. I'd like to go back and try something else, perhaps the Baja Chicken Wrap.
First time trying it. Wow. I've been missing out. I had the mango smoothie with splenda and the baja chicken bowl. Both were very delicious with great flavor and great on the calorie count. The service was prompt and courteous. The staff was polite and even thanked us on the way out. The place felt clean and welcoming. Definitely worth trying. I will be back!
