I keep coming back because I like Simone's leadership customer service make sure that the employees are doing what they need to do and the in the customers are taking she is respectful

I want to think being one of the food spots on a Main Street is the cause of speed at this bk. Or maybe if the staff stayed inside and actually helped the speed would move swiftly. The food temperature be good and tasty that’s if you get everything you paid for. Go at your risk if you have patience patience to wait but get good food.

I must say, having an employee like Simone working there makes a big difference in customer service. Not only was she working both windows at drive thru but giving awesome customer service is a great thing to see. My breakfast was so fresh hot and good; I will definitely recommend this location.

Busiest time of the day, everyone that works there works very well together. Managers must be awesome. Employees all looked happy, no craziness. Great food.

The young man who took my order Daquan went above and beyond he is so so so pleasant! Reminds me so much of my charismatic 26-year-old son. He was patient repeated everything and when it was time to pick up my order he had a very nice and courteous smile. The food was hot and fresh. I don't eat Burger King too often but usually when I do coincidentally it's in this area for this Burger King location.

I usually have a "blah" experience when going to Burger King. My order is almost always wrong, overcooked, has been sitting around for awhile, or the employees have no personality and are just extremely rude. Not this place! The young lady that took my order, I believe her name was Simone, was EXTREMELY sweet and very perky and friendly. She definitely understands what customer service is and you can tell she loves what she does. She absolutely made my morning.

Surprisingly the chicken sandwich was great. I ordered a number 12. Chicken was dropped nice and hot. Was not greasy.
