Dunkin'

This is my favorite location for coffee. The 24h location on Kennedy is always terrible but here the ladies are friendly and laughing with customers and it's just great. I usually have to wait in the parking lot for them to open and I'm at that speaker waiting so I can get to work on time. Never once anything but super friendly smiles.

I have not been into a Dunkin donut for almost a year. The last one I went to was on gandy boulevard in Tampa. The food was badly prepared and the service was even worse. There was a young girl running the register and when she gave me my change back it was all balled up. I said something to her about that not being the way you had a customer his change. He said if you don't like it just leave it in the tip jar. I said something rude to her and she threatened to call the police to have me removed. I told her no bother and I'll leave now. I left and like I said it's been over a year since I've been in a Dunkin donut.

Loved it. I happened to come across a gift card in one of my old books from like 5yrs ago, and stopped by to see if it worked and ihad a nice Small Hummus toast, hash browns, coffee donut, and almond milk caramel ice coffee and it was delicious 😋. I was also very pleased with the service provided by the DD coworkers.👍🏼👍🏼

Extremely pleasant staff. Forgive me for not catching his name while I was there, but the somewhat younger gentleman that waited on me was very helpful at assisting me with choosing which donuts I wanted. Simply by taking the time to explain each donut I inquired about. Opposed to rushing me to hurry up and just pick out a dozen regardless if I wasn't sure if my family or I would like specific kinds. I would understand the rush if they were extremely busy, however I never go when it's busy for that very reason. I don't want to feel like I'm rushed to pick out ones I don't like. But again this young man didn't make me feel that way at all, and I really appreciated him doing that. He made me want to return to this location again and I will. Again forgive me for not catching his name but keep up the great customer service and thank you!!
