Fries are always MOLTEN LAVA HOT which is the best tasting fry on the market! You're rarely ever disappointed by them. Big Buford double meat is the way to go, always juicy, always tastes freshly made and they can be customized.
The app needs a lot of work, 90% of the time the staff doesn't know how to use or figure out your QR codes and most times they don't show up on their computer. Granted I travel across the US so I have promotions from everywhere, but it should be seemless.
They have a text message as well that sends you deals, that's pretty awesome! But they expire way too fast!
The staff itself always seems to be older which means they pride themselves on their being clean etc, so I give them props for that!

They were handling a really difficult situation tonight with a female freaking out outside of the store, handled it incredibly well and got the last few customers taken care of before 3 AM
I placed an Uber order last night & then called the location and expld I had placed an order & I wanted sweet tea instead of cherry coke but they don't offer it online and I think she said her name was Michelle said no problem. When my food got to me it was still hot, the fries were fresh and crunchy and the caramel cheesecake sundae is too die for. Well definitely be back to this location.

Checker burgers have too much mayo like Burger King but they were still ok. I like the Monsterella sticks they have that nice coating like their fries but we're a bit salty. The employees were very nice and polite.
Would recommend if you aren't cutting back on your sodium intake.

I'm giving 5 stars because my food is always fresh here and the service is always so kind! You guys do a great job serving and it's to be appreciated!! I know your short staffed sometimes and can't always do the best you'd like but with what y'all have you do good and provide great food!! I'd come back here anytime!! The managers here are great too!! They do their best
