We don't have these in Jersey, but they tease us in advertising on TV. I had a really great sandwich from Firehouse and I am from Point Pleasant,NJ where Jersey Mikes is from. I enjoyed it Tons.

Stopped in for a hook & ladder today. Had not wanted to stop because of the past experiences with Firehouse I had. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean this location was. The manager actually came out himself and greeted me. I had explained to him the previous experiences I had with Firehouse
Tyler is amazing!! Went in for a free sub for the name day and was welcomed by all the staff. Everyone was so friendly and had great humor. Working in a restaurant myself, I really appreciate Tyler and all of the staff who helped me out!! I will be back!!

Staff are amazing even for being short staff the team do a wonderful job. Kaleb will let me know all that goes on my sandwich, and or recommends what would be a better fit. This store has had a major turnaround. Store was very clean as well.

Got the hook and ladder combo medium sized everything was good store was clean. My daughter got the steak n cheese which she said was also good.
Firehouse never fails. Always great food and excellent helpful people to boot. Bright the grandbaby in for the kids meal which was a hit. She was delighted with her fireman's hat she got with her kids meal.
I love firehouse subs. Fav subs. However, I usually order online and it's happened 2-3 times that they forgot my order. Or not forgot had it behind the counter and forgot to put it out. I understand it's busy so I'm not upset but I do usually have to wait longer than expected.
