Firehouse Subs

Went in a few weeks ago because of a tmobile Tuesday sub with purchase I went in a few minutes after they opened and the crew was super friendly the young lady I think she may have been a manager I'm not sure was super nice and helpful and the way she talked to customers and other employees makes me want to return the compassion she had about her job is what every business needs and makes me as a customer feel confident in what I'm ordering.

Just came out of this store. I come regularly. There was a little hiccup on the order, ordered a medium sub and got a small. Told the employe that took my order and her answer wasn’t the most pleasant one (our original interaction was good tho), Ryan, and remember his name, stepped up and quickly said “We’ll be redoing your order sir, my apologies”. Whole time I’m in the store He’s training an older lady, His voice tone and patience doing so really caught my attention. This is the kind of people that really make you come back to a location like this. Management should be proud of having a great employe like Ryan on their facility. Keep up the good work buddy.

Stopped in for a hook & ladder today. Had not wanted to stop because of the past experiences with Firehouse I had. As soon as I walked in I noticed how clean this location was. The manager actually came out himself and greeted me. I had explained to him the previous experiences I had with Firehouse subs. He handled the situation extremely professionally, apologized for those experiences, and assured me that that is not the experience that he wants his customers to leave Firehouse subs with. After having talked to this young man, Kaleb, I have a renewed respect for Firehouse subs. Thank you for the unbelievable experience. You guys truly are breath of fresh air at this location. Keep up the great work and I look forward to stopping in there for lunch again.
