Best crabs in Florida. I had the garlic crabs and wow! The garlic butter was the best I've ever had and the crabs were super meaty and had the best flavor. This will now be my go to spot for crabs.
Came across this place after finding out our usual place for blue crabs was no longer there. We were definitely not disappointed with the large blue crabs. This may be our new place for blue crabs!
I definitely will be coming back! I got 1 dozen live blue crabs for a reasonable price. Took them home, cooked them with corn sausage and potatoes 😋!!! It was definitely fresh for sure!!!! They also sell hot sefood as well!
I'm from Maryland! So blue crabs are a must for me. This was my first time coming to this place. There were the only ones around that actually had crabs available. I drove almost an hour to get to them. It was definitely worth it! The crabs were excellent and heavy! Prices were great and the customer service was even better. They definitely earned a new repeat customer. Already planning my new trip. Please don't let the appearance of this place fool you. Make sure you ask for extra extra opd bay seasoning. The only way to est crabs.
The food was absolutely amazing! I loved the customer service, fresh food, and not to mention the Africans there presented themselves as they were raised to do. I will definitely be back. I think this will be my Friday spot. My family and I are definitely going to be regulars.
These are fresh off the boat, in the crates I had to move out of the way for the fisherman to weigh as they brought them in. Grabbed a couple that crawled out of the crates while weighing, they cleaned them in front of me and then cooked, while I waited. I ordered mild and had loads of flavor. It was only 10 extra to clean and cook then with the extras, of corn and potatoes and an egg. It is worth the trip to come and get these super fresh live crabs. Don’t be fooled this is an extra large tray.
Do not miss! Amazing food, amazing service. Do not be fooled by the location. We loved the platter of crab, fried of course. Did not even need the garlic butter.
Visit the vegetable and fruit stand while you wait. Got some great sugar cane and tender coconut.
I'm guessing I missed something because it was a first time trip there and being that my crabs wasn't all buttery and saucy. Don't get me wrong they were delicious but I also felt like they were medium crabs then large.
Holy cow. The garlic crabs are ADDICTING. I’m from Maryland, so we prepare our crabs differently and I was a bit skeptical to try the garlic crab. I honestly can’t stop thinking about them. Lemon, garlic, butter, and old bay are mixed together and the crabs are soaked in this heavenly concoction. You will absolutely radiate a garlicky smell from every pore of your body, but have no regrets. Crabs come in various sizes and are reasonably priced. You can order them as garlic or Maryland style. They do remove the larger shell and gills unless you ask them not to. Garlic crabs come with potatoes and corn (Maryland crabs do not). It is a bit hard to find from the street. It’s next to what seems to be an abandoned warehouse or something. Seems sketch on the outside but totally worth the risk of any harm to get a taste of these bad boys.
Their seafood is always so fresh and I love their blue crabs. I go every weekend to get me a platter or two.
Fresh made to order blue crabs were the best! A picture is worth a thousand words. Thank you Tampa Blue Crab.
Freshest seafood in Tampa. The crabs were well seasoned with Old Bay! All who travel to Tampa should visit. Prices were reasonable and the staff was really helpful and friendly!
