Holy smokes why did I wait so long to try this place out! Soo good!! I got the buffalo cheese steak with provolone and ranch and wow oh wow, definitely gonna be cutting out five guys a lot more in favor of this place! Best cheese steak in town! Great bunch of guys working behind the counter as well. Parking is super slim so try to go just before or after the 12:00pm lunch rush.

I’ve had a hard time finding a good Philly cheesesteak in Florida. It’s been close to 20 years since I’ve had one that’s this good. I will drive the 30 minutes to get a cheesesteak from Kruk’s!

The Kennedy Blvd branch was awesome!
I neglected to get the nme of the stuff but they were all super friendly and helpful and just plain pleasant.
I ordered the regular sized mushroom Philly. Perhaps the best tasting Philly I have ever had in my life.
I definitely recommend!
I would have given 5 stars but their drinks are a little pricey.

Good service, no doubt. Nice location that works for going during lunch hour. The classic cheesesteak with cheese was just OK. Nothing to brag about or make me want to rush back. It wasn’t bad, just ok. Bun was a bit soggy yet flaky outside. Steak was lacking flavor and the cheese and onions didn’t make up for the lack of flavor. Fries were uneventful. I may go back and try something different just to see if 2nd time around is better.

I'm from PA and lived there for 18 years of my life there. And was raised eating Cheesesteaks & Italian Sandwiches. And love putting Cherry Pepper Relish on my Sandwiches. This Cheesesteak Sandwich is one the best I had in Tampa. Going try the Italian next

I am not typically one for writing reviews but Kruk's in Tampa is well worth it. Not only is the food awesome but the customer service is even better. In fact, the service is what prompted me to write this review. Kyle, and other staff members, are extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoy their customers. The buffalo chicken philly is where it's at. I will be a long time customer without a doubt!

Probably one of the better Philly subs you'll find in Tampa but like many other reviewers have said, it IS a tad bit on the expensive side. BUT, I've had plenty of other Philly subs at countless other sub & sandwich shops and good steak is NOT cheap so I think it's reasonably priced. I would have given 5 stars but I asked for the fries to be cooked well done & they weren't. I'll probably go back again if I'm in the area.
