The decaf coffee was cold, they offered to make more if I wanted to wait. The $3 sandwich deal only applies to sausage egg and cheese. I ordered bacon. They should honor it. That's a corporate issue. Almost $8 for a cold coffee and a sandwich that should have been about $2 cheaper. Had I known, I would have ordered the sandwich with sausage.

Genuinely one of the best Dunkin Experiences I've ever had. The customer service was absolutely incredible, it was clean, and the coffee was really good. As someone who has had really bad Dunkin experiences, this one is a breath of fresh air. 10/10

Excellent service, very friendly people. I had to work there for 2-hours while my car was being repaired nearby and I appreciated how service oriented they were. For a moment I forgot that I was at a chain and felt like I was in a small town coffee shop.

I came through the drive thru at 530 am to get 12 assorted for my coworkers. I have never in my life seen such happy, joyful people at any establishment at 530 I’m the morning until today! The kindness was so appreciated. It radiated into my day and honestly has already made my day 200 times better! Thank you so much. It seems small but just being happy and positive to start the day… it changes lives ☺️🙌🏼💕
