Fast friendly service. Good burger. Great fries! GREAT STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKES!!! Sounds like something Doc Brown might say. Anyhow, I really appreciated the cashier here. She was super polite and helped me a lot with my order. When I tried to leave without my credit card, she flagged me down. Wish I knew her name to give her props. I love that they are open late at night too.

Alright I was a bit harsh on my first pass at this place.
For a Checkers, this place is actually wicked nice. The staff is speedy and kind. I think the store just got a new paint job, which is really fun and cool in a fast-food world of brown and grey box buildings.
I was served by the manager (their first night in the role) and he was EXEMPLARY. You're simply not going to find better in the business. His personal approach to my concern was refreshing compared to the canned company lines that a 20 year veteran might regurgitate.
I left satisfied, happy, and with a new opinion of checkers.

It was almost closing and we went to get some late night grub. We were a big mess but Michael was extremely patient and took care of us and was a great help. Michael made sure our order was correct and made our night complete. Very respectful and polite. Thank you Michael.

My new favorite checkers location Very clean and beautiful restaurant customer service was flawless , the light skinned curly brown haired cashier girl who handed me my food , don’t know how her name but she was super kind and sweet . That’s the definition of how you should treat every customer.. Sis deserve a raise she has a beautiful soul . Thank you for making my night choosing to go there .
