The server was very patient and helpful. I'm always confused with what I want to eat. She offered samples and made suggestions. That was really appreciated. The price point is good and the donuts stated great. They were airy, with the right amount of sweetness.

Would give it 5 stars but they take FOREVER in the drive through! Even when there is no one in line.. They take such a long time. Very friendly service!

Great location but sometimes it gets annoying because since it’s at a prime location, they will run out of items often which I feel like they should just over order but I don’t know how that would work! Everyone is super nice and helpful though

The ladies in there are awesome! Very fast service in-and-out, and they make your order the right way the first time. I used to come here every morning to grab my wife some coffee, and she loved the coffee every time. I need to start visiting again! 4 out of 5 for the service and kindness of staff.

Wow! So much better! I have to change my review from 3 to 5 stars. One employee made a huge difference. Devon, who works afternoons, makes my husband and my coffee PERFECT every time and most of the other employees are starting to as well. So glad things have improved!! Prior review: It's a 50/50 chance that I'm ever happy with my order. This morning my wrap was over cooked and I couldn't eat part of it. Sometimes my iced coffee is made exactly as I order it... Other times it's watery or weak or has cream when I order milk. I love how close it is to my home, but never know if I'll get what I want. They need to improve on their consistency of quality.

Honestly this is the only DD I come to, my order is always right & the people have been so nice, this is my 4th time visiting I won’t even waste my time going anywhere else. The other Tampa locations are rude and have you waiting so long on the DT line. Thanks team :)
