One of the better finds in South Tampa. Really delicious bowls. Miso Salmon bowl is hearty, flavorful, and healthy. Crispy brussel sprouts were amazing. Burger was just okay. Cookie was just okay too. People in there are friendly and nice and the food comes out fast. Dining space is really creative.
Stopped by for a bite to eat for lunch while in the area and this is definitely a spot I will come back to again. The service is great for being quick service restaurant, I was recommended the miso salmon bowl and I was not disappointed.
The crispy Brussels sprouts were the highlight, along with the sweet potato mash. The bowl came with plenty of miso sauce to pour over everything. I was planning on ordering take out, but the inside of the restaurant is so eclectic I decided to dine in.
Great spot for a decently priced meal and good quality food that is done right and quick as well.
Staff is fantastic and so helpful with helping customize the menu to best fit your needs! The food is clearly made fresh and this is a great little local gem!
I keep forgetting to do this. I love this place. The brussell sprouts are the best I have ever had. I come here just for their brussell sprouts. Pictured below is a make your own bowl. Double ginger beef, double brussell sprouts,white rice,and teriayki sauce. Sometimes I get the giant home made cookies which are also delicious. This place is family owned and operated which I love. Staff is always friendly and I do know they give a military discount. Good food and good people. I have only had the bowls so I do need to eventually try other things. Just cant get off those delicious brussell sprouts. I am usually here once a week. Wish they were open later but it is what it is.
We had the Buddah bowl and the Steak tacos. They were delicious and fresh. Food was ready really fast as well!

Loveeeee this place. Such good food, and great portions. I build my own bowl, and the regular size is more than enough food. The owner is SO nice and buys their food from local grocery stores. I recommend to everyone I know in South Tampa!
The bowls here are delicious. Nice range of tastes and ingredients. I had the ginger beef bowl and the miso glazed crispy shrimp bites. The beef was high quality and lean, and was sooo good. Carrots, fried egg (cooked to perfection), spinach, white rice. Pretty healthy overall and lots of protein.
Very minor complaint is that the shrimp bites could've been crispier, maybe less sauce? But that being said they were also delicious and I happily ate them all. Will be back to try some of the other bowls.
Great bowl spot. Healthy options, great sauce selection and friendly staff. Don’t leave there without trying the brussel sprouts.. I promise you won’t regret it! They have outdoor seating so you can bring your pup too!
The appetizer of brussel sprouts... wow I didn't know I would ever like them so much. I loved the selection of fresh market items from the local businesses. It was a great experience and very welcoming.
