The food was fresh and delicious. Without asking for help, one of the service staff came over and helped me on the kiosk and her help was greatly appreciated. Their dining area was clean, bright, and inviting.

I have always been happy with the service at this location! They have switched to a kind of kiosk order system but I get the correct order now.
There is one employee that has been working here for a very long time and he always makes perfect food!

Steak n' Shake has undergone a renaissance. Service is much better now that's it's a quick-serve restaurant. And the food has improved tremendously over years past. And the atmosphere is much more friendly and relaxed. Will definitely be back here.

When I last visited Steak n Shake, I was greeted by Bella. She was very kind . She asked if my dog could have a pup cup. The buns were fresh and the condiments were perfect. French fries were hot n delicious. Both me and my dog had a wonderful experiece!

I'd rather the corporate side return the restaurant to waiters/waitresses. And pay up front However for the change still wonderful all around. Clean family friendly and friendly staff.
