Protein bowl was OK. Nothing special but not bad either. Service was extremely fast. Portions were a bit small but the price also wasn't bad.

Good stuff. Clean. Reasonably priced. Had a peanut butter smoothie and a couple of wraps here prior. Nice option DT Tampa for lunch.

Was looking for a place close to the airport to meet a friend for brekkie and this fit the bill location wise and more! Food was great (got a sammich to go for my flight home) and the folks that work there were so friendly... they treated us like we were old friends and had been going there for a long time... would recommend if you're looking for a relaxing, no-stress meal with nice people working there! :)

I stopped in for lunch, the staff members are always friendly, but not overly so, I ordered the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. This is a hot sandwich with Turkey, Swiss, and Cranberry Mayo. Together with a bag of chips and a tip, the total was around $10.50. The sandwich was great, staff is great, what’s not to like? I would return.

They have a decent range of healthy options and a nice clean location. I have enjoyed most of the items I have tried especially their salads. As with most places that serve healthy option the prices trend high
