Had a great experience as always. Vaughn was super helping and went above and beyond to find me the right size and fit shoes. I am beyond pleased with his customer service and my interactions with all of their staff during my visit. I would highly recommend any of my friends go to Fit2Run.
Always the best selection in running shoes! We were extremely impressed when we went to exchange Christmas presents of a pair of Asics and Brooks running shoes (Color) and they shipped them FedEx & at no extra charge to us and we received them next day. The best part was that we didn’t even request it! It was a just a nice surprise and excellent customer service on their part. Thanks Fit2Run!
I went Into the store looking for Nike Zoom but when I spoke with Kat she informed me the shoes I had In mind would hurt my feet in the long run. The reasoning is that I have a flat feet. She went into detail about what shoes would be best for my type of feet and
I was in the store on Sunday, November 12 and it had been years since I had been there. I definitely won't wait that long to return this time! Alex was a huge help to me as I tried to figure out which shoes were best for my current needs. He was super polite, very knowledgeable about all of the shoes I looked at, well-spoken, and attentive until I finally chose my new shoes! Alex also tested my foot pattern for insoles, explained the results to me, and made a solid recommendation for me. I highly commend Fit2Run for finding and choosing such amazing staff in an era of poor customer care!
I was looking for a store that could recommend running shoes specifically for me and Liam at Fit2Run did not disappoint! He was very patient and kind while I kept asking for different options. I should’ve just trusted his initial recommendation because those are the ones I left with.
Liam took the time to do the test for the insoles and explain what it all meant. He also assessed my running posture on the treadmill. I’m very pleased with the experience!
Oh and for reference it was a very busy Sunday and I felt like the only in the store.

My mother and I visited Fit to Run on Saturday, September 16th. The store was very busy. Kat helped each of us both find the perfect sneakers for our individual needs. Kat is very knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to listen to our needs.
Great store for runners, but if you want gait analysis or more than cursory assistance go when they aren't so busy. Had a difficult time getting someone to answer basic questions about shoe sizes (staff appeared to spend much of their time talking with each other) and when we checked out the clerk was on the phone the whole time. It has a huge selection of merchandise for runners just not the best service. We are Fut 2Run club members and would strongly recommend the St Pete location. It's a bit smaller but with a more customer focused staff. We bought one on sale pair of shorts and will head back to the St Pete location to purchase shoes.
Great store for runners and athletes. Usually come here to get new insoles for my shoes but left today with some new shockz mini. The workers are very nice and reliable with their knowledge. They have a great selection of shoes. The store is clean and even has a small smoothie and nutrient bar up front. Good place to stop by if you’re on your feet a lot.
Today I went in to finally upgrade my athletic shoes to something other than Nike. Juliana greeted me with a smile, was very helpful with explaining the benefits of ON cloud and then narrowing my options down to the best shoe for me. I ended up buying On Cloudmonster. I am happy with my purchase.
Best location for running shoes. Hands down. Gary was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They really take their time and put effort in to make sure you get the right shoes for your feet. Considering the level of service you receive at this location, it's worth every penny.
Given it a 5 because how great the service received from Gary was. He was so knowledgeable, so patient and detailed when answering all our questions. My wife and I were very unsure of what type of new running shoes to get and thanks to Gary we feel happy that we made very conscious purchase.
My partner and I both came in looking for shoes on 6/20/23 and Cameron was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He was quick to help us and stayed until we both had a pair we loved. Best customer service we've ever had with running shoes, you can definitely tell he's passionate about his job. Will be returning 100%!!
