Boston Market

After ordering on door dash and having the worst experience ever with another location. I went in to pick up dinner very close to closing time and the entire staff was awesome and more than accommodating! Especially with the shortage of chicken they’ve had lately. I got meatloaf and Turkey and everything was hot and fresh and packaged up with a smile. Will be back to see those friendly faces soon! Thanks guys ☺️

The food wasn't great but that's not a reflection of this establishment in particular. On the whole, Boston Market has always been hit or miss. It's either the best I've had or just ok. Good sized portions, friendly staff, prompt to go order pick up. I've always wondered how they stay in business though. The parking lot at any Boston Market is usually so empty I'm wondering if they're even open. Are they a government front? Is it a secret headquarters? I often wonder about it. The mac and cheese is always a banger.

Great food and great service! Highly recommend! Watch out for potholes by drive thru though. Updating Thanksgiving 2022 very thankful they were open and had Thanksgiving food since the meal with the family went south but they literally watered down the Mac and Cheese to the point that I had to fish noodles out like soup. That was most unfortunate.

I'm not sure if anyone will see this, but you had a good crew working there Saturday night (11/12/22). They jumped right in to help a new employee. They were all very nice, and you could see they were trying to be a team. They got a little busy and nobody got frustrated, they just did the work. I'd hire any of them any day.

Hello Boston Market team, Easter was made special by you! Eric, was kind enough to take my order in advance and answer all my questions with patience. We ordered $107 worth of family meals. Everything was amazing! I didn't have to grocery shop, cook, heat the house up or wash pots and pans. We just had a relaxing day and created family memories. Went Sunday night thru the drive thru & the girl was super nice, the chicken & sweet potatoes were really good but the creamed spinach was definitely not the same. it had a kick to it, the texture was completely different & it tasted like it was frozen spinach dip. boston market is always my favorite so im just hoping it was a substitution & not a change in the recipe.

The food was good. A few of the sides looked like they should have been swapped out. Still, I have no complaints, the chicken was very tasty and the cornbread was very good. One thing, do not sit in a booth. The booths have no stuffing in them at all and you just sink way way down into it. I switched to a regular chair.
