This place is above 5 start. Our family have been going there for over 17 years. We live 45 miles away but we still have our family meals there as often as we can. Friendly owners and staff is outstanding. You have to try this pizza. Best ever! Great menu with a ton of authentic Italian meals. Go one time and you will be hooked, just like our family. I've tried several places since I arrived here in Wesley Chapel and I can honestly say this place is probably the closest thing to your local neighborhood Brooklyn pizza. The slices were larger than normal and the toppings were fresh. The pie was cooked well -- no grease or oil on these pies even with the pepperoni! The sauce and cheese were great. The place is super clean and the staff is very friendly. This is a rare find in the WC area and you should definitely check this place out. I also noticed a lot of customers dining in which is always good sign. It's definitely family friendly. Need to try the other items on the menu, looking forward to my next visit. The only thing missing was one of those old school Fruit Punch fountain drink machines.

Authentic NYC style pizza. Absolutely delicious. Real NY style knishes also available and addictive. Ate one knish and wound up taking 4 to reheat at home later. Owner (Willie) and staff are attentive and friendly. Makes you feel right at home. Large booths for family friendly dining. Restrooms are clean. Recommend highly and without reservation.

Really good food and the pizza is spot on. If you happen to be in the area, this place is worth checking out. The owner is very friendly and always willing to make small talk. He really is looking to make sure that we enjoyed our food.

We had to stop at the Warhammer store and we were hungry and took a look around to see what there was to grab a quick bite. We saw this place and I'm from N.Y. and was craving a plain slice with some oregano. I have to say since moving to Florida this is hands down the best pizza I have had since living in New York. I highly recommend this place. Great family atmosphere.
They were also very quick with my to go order. I live 35 min away and would drive there just for the pizza.

Visited La Prima Pizza with a group of friends for the first time this weekend. The service was great, the facility was clean, and the pizza is amazing! Willie is a fun guy to talk to and the experience was GREAT! We will be back!!!

Some friends and I went to get a chicken parmesean sub, which was excellent. Ended up having a conversation with the owner and his pizza was some of the best I've ever had (including my time living in Chicago). Highly recommend.
