Pappas Market Cafe

It’s good for what it is, but for the price, I would expect more. This pick two combo was $13. It took a few minutes to take my order, but at least they offered to bring it to my table. The Cuban was solid. The cafe salad was eh. The kitchen did okay with my wife’s gluten free request but the cashier wasn’t 100% sure what that meant.

Stopped in on a whim. Saw the name an it reminded me of 2 places I used to go to for many years. One a restaurant in Tarpon Springs and the other a small place in a plaza on Dale Mabry, both now defunct. Same name and maybe same family, do not know. All I got was the Greek Salad which was very similar in all respects to the other places that are now gone. Love everything except the dressing which is kind of bland. Nothing seems to beat the greek dressing you get at ABC Pizza. Better salad at Pappas, better dressing at ABC. Across the street from Sickles High in the Publix plaza. It's a very nice traditional greek salad. If your like me and buy extra greek dressing from ABC, your getting the best of both worlds. Next time I'll try a few of their other menu options.

I will forever be a patron of Pappas. I've been one since I was 10 years old and my Mom took me to the original location in Tampa. Best Greek salad ANYWHERE in town. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I would choose to eat a salad from here literally every single day of my life ❤️ Hands down best potato salad I've EVER had.

Came in from out of town to look for a new home and found this place on Google Maps. When I saw a review that said they had the best Salads ever, I had to give it a try. I had to traditional Greek salad and I have to agree it is the best, I've ever had as well. I just wish I would have taken a picture. It was like a tower to salad heaven! Would definitely drive across town for it again and highly recommend!

We have been to this restaurant quite a few times. Have tried chicken souvlaki pita which is decent in taste and portion but feels like just having tzatziki with grilled chicken. Spartan chicken flat bread was good and fresh, we really liked it. chicken melt sandwich is really crisp and mouthwatering. Chicken spanakopita is must have with really juicy chicken with lot of cheese and artichoke. Didn’t like the baklava at all it just feels sweet, for a Greek restaurant expected better baklava.
