If you haven't eaten here you should, like myself you will return! Honestly the freshest food! Danielle went through the menu and based on our interests recommended "The Dirty Bird" and the "Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Banana a Bread Pudding." I have never had a chicken sandwich so juicy and crispy (your secret sauce wins)!
Everyone's food was beyond expectations! King of the Coop's fun, clean atmosphere make this venue a 10/10!

This place is great. I got the chicken and waffles. The waffles were amazing. I got the hottest option, and it wasn't super hot (I like spice) their fries are excellent. Service was really good as well everyone was very kind. I'm tough on coleslaw, theirs wasn't anything special. But if you're looking for good food, definitely try this place out.
We had an excellent experience at King of the Coop. We got the tenders and chicken and waffles. So surprised there was no one at noon on a Sunday in here. Servers were friendly, food came out fast and hot, and the restaurant was very clean. The spice level was perfect and the chicken wasn’t dry at all. I would highly recommend for excellent chicken!
Recently had a company gathering here (Saturday 12-18-22). We had catering, drinks, games, and a private room. It was amazing. I loved the atmosphere. The aesthetic is great and loved watching sports during down time from the gathering. The service was exceptional. I love that the owner made sure to speak to us and make us feel welcome. We had chicken sliders, wings, pizza, and salad. Everything was tasty and the drinks were delicious. It was my first time here since I recently moved to the area. I will definitely keep this as a top option to hang with friends and future company outings. King of the Coop made our event a success. Thank you!
We heard about king of the coop from one of the instagram pages and from there we came to know about the history of king of the coop. So for Friday night dinner we decided to have dinner at King of the coop. For the order after having discussions with our server Gabriella and after browsing through the menu we decided to order Nashville Tenders and Nashville Hot Sandwich. We got the order in 10-15 minutes. The only drawback is that it is a small shop with no seating so better be prepared to takeout the food. The food was hot and freshly prepared. The food was delicious and loved the sandwich as well as chicken tenders. Loved the food and loved the service. Definitely try out this place.
I guess the best Nashville style spicy fried a place around tampa. They moved to this new location just a block away which is quite specious . Barely any parking though. Absolutely loved the Nashville hot! The Hen is a for someone whose not into spicy. Both of them rocks. The fries are outstanding .
This location is quite underwhelming. I guess you would consider it more of a take out place than a dine in but there are tables out in the back. The chicken is unique enough and tasty enough to overcome the lack. I believe there is a second location on Howard maybe it has a better presence. Good spicy chicken!
I am trying to find some good Nashville hot chicken around town, and I expected the chicken from here to be much hotter, in my opinion. It was decent - maybe it tastes better when physically ordering from here, at least that's how it usually goes pretty much anywhere I've delivered/ordered from. The coleslaw was basic but good. The fries were probably the most delicious in the meal overall. The pickles weren't that fresh. The sauce that comes with the meal is good.
Came here for lunch on a Thursday, chill environment, Sofia our waitress she was wonderful. My son got some Mac & cheese and he said it’s the best he’s had . Big chicken tender sandwich’s . Great seasoned fries .
We ordered chicken and waffles and chicken tenders. The taste was really good however the chicken seemed a bit over done and tough. We also did not care for not having real utensils as it was hard to cut the waffles and chicken. The price was reasonable for the portions. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We wouldn’t go out of our way to stop in but would certainly try again if we were in the neighborhood.
