My wife and a couple friends of ours tried this place the night before a cruise. Overall, it was pretty good. The prices were surprisingly low, which we later found out was due to the small portion size. The staff are not the friendliest but they are getting the job done quickly. I wouldn’t eat here if you’re very hungry but overall not bad.
I've been here all my life and passed this place a million times. I decided to stop this year after seeing a review on Facebook. Let’s just say I have to have my fix every 2 weeks. This is after I was coming weekly. I've tried quite a bit of the food, and all have been very tasty and seasoned just right. My favorite is the large garlic blue crabs. I taste them now as I review. They come spic and span clean and seasoned to perfect. The presentation is always on point. The ladies at the window are always welcoming. I now call in my orders before arriving, which makes the experience even better when I arrive for a quick pickup. Pictured is the deep fried crabs which are really good as well. The crabs are always full too.
Near my old stomping grounds, this place does food right at a price that pleases. Love the catfish, conch fritters, wings and the list goes on. I can no longer recommend the shrimp. Two places nearby make it better. No fancy stuff here, mostly good food done right and ready in minutes. Today I got garlic fried blue crabs. I'm a happy happy boy. Finger lickin good.
I'm giving this place solid 5 stars. It is what it is..a hole in the wall, inexpensive, fresh seafood joint. There is no seating, it's window service take away. I paid $15 for a seafood platter with more than i could eat fish, shrimp and the best scallops I've had in a decade. It looks a bit sketch, but who cares. I wanted fresh seafood without frills and that's what i received. Support small business.
Been coming here for 20 years. I cant find fried blue crab that tastes the same anywhere. I live in St Pete now, but i still make my way over to get the half n half garlic n fried!
I like this place, the food is good, prices are reasonable. The only BAD thing is the owner lies and says he only has large crabs then sells small/medium crabs for the Large crab price. He's pulled this stunt on me at least 3 times.
The crabs are delicious we had fried & boiled ,we put the noodles, eggs,& sausage with it

This place is a small building, but don't let that stop you from stopping by. This place is huge on flavor. The seafood prices are reasonable and fair. You get your money's worth. The fried crabs will keep you coming back. The breading on the fried crabs is delicious. It is a staple signature. You can't get that taste anywhere else. I travel often from Lakeland, Florida to come here. Just for the crabs alone. You can get your seafood fried or steamed. I usually get the special for $ 11.99 which includes 6 medium Crabs. You have the option of mixing things up. You can get 3 fried and 3 steamed in garlic butter. I always take advantage and order shrimp. You get 8 fairly large shrimp for just $ 3.99. You can have them fried or steamed in garlic butter finished of with old Bay seasoning. Their Great either way. This is by far the Best places in Tampa , Florida for seafood.
My fave fried shrimp. Breading not too doughy very light, seasoning perfection all the time! My daughter is very picky about where she eats but never says NO to their shrimp dinner.

If you blink your eye, you would miss this place. It's just a little shack perched at the corner of the street. It looks a little run down but the food is good. For the price you pay you get a lot. I had the crab dinner and gizzards dinner and they were tasty. I called ahead and it was quick, only took about 15 minutes. All this for under $20.
