Best sandwich I have ever eaten. This place is a Tampa treasure. I have lived in Tampa all my life and I would say without a doubt one of the best places in Tampa to get a great sandwich and a bottle of wine for later.

Awesome little hidden gem in Tampa!! Don’t tell anyone but they have a ton of choices here and Boars Head deli meat = 🔥 sandwiches!!

This is a hidden gem of a sandwich shop. They also have beer and wine for sale as well as other grocery items. I come here all the time to work through their sandwich menu. I haven't had a single bad sandwich yet.
All their ingredients are fresh from their in house deli and the service is quick and friendly. While everyone goes to all the fancy hipster places around town to wait for a seat, Swann Ave Market and Deli will always have a seat for you to munch through their yummy food!
Chef mike is whippin up some good sandwiches and after taking his recommendation and trying the Godzilla I'm hooked in it for lunch.
I've had a few of the breakfast sandwiches and I'm always happy when I leave with my tasty free cup of coffee and breakfast sandwich.
Anything on Cuban bread is great but the croissant sandwich is fantastic as well. You just can't go wrong here.
Love all the craft beer choices too. Always like to scope out if there's anything I haven't had and I was even able to find the elusive dogfish head 120 IPA here. It was a bit pricier than normal but I forked it over since I hadn't found it elsewhere.
Amazing sandwiches. Get the turkey melt or Gambler! Down sides: inconsistent hours. And they ask you "do you want to add a tip?" Honestly awesome to see ppl squirm with how uncomfortable it makes them, but is pretty unprofessional to not let the customer add the tip themselves.
Fresh ingredients, healthy choices, friendly staff! I absolutely love this place! I've ordered here a couple times on uber eats and and always recieved great food. I was craving their bbq chicken Cobb salad so went in to order one and the staff was so friendly and had a lot of info about their beer/wine selection. This morning I called to ask because their uber eats was unavailable and she said they were out of breakfast items but I could order lunch for delivery, no problem. A few minutes later I got a call back saying their eggs had arrived and they were going to turn on their uber eats. Of course it was delivered with a smile and a cheery "good morning!"
Very good sandwiches. Love the Hyde Park. Lots of wine and beer choices, but no consumption on premises as far as I know. Prices are a bit higher than Publix, etc. for same type stuff, although the beer variety is much greater than any grocery store. Tons of craft beer oddities, which are great for a gift. Like a Total Wine as far as variety of beers.
After the 2014 Gasparilla Children's parade our shuttle bus broke down and we had to wait for another ride. We were right in front of this establishment and found the husband/wife owner team to be very gracious and helpful! The deli was technically closed but he made us sandwiches anyways without that typical bad attitude that seems to be every where now in days. They have an amazing selection of beers and wines and we were not too cold on that night for sure! ;-)

Stopped in yesterday and for the first time in 5 years i finally found a breakfast sandwhich that tasted like a what i used to get back in NY. Your sandwhich was soooo good i can only imagine how good the rest of your menu tastes like. That sandwich was so good i might just take the hour long trek every saturday.
I live and work blocks from the Swann Ave. Market. They have fantastic freshly-made sandwiches, the best selection of craft beer per sq. ft. in South Tampa, and a growing selection of reasonable and varied wines.The wine and beer tastings they put on are always fun, lively, and educational. The folks who work there mirror the attitude of the young owners: friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. I actually look forward to walking through the door!
