I've heard that the Hyde Out is under new management and it shows! The food we ate there the other night was great. I had the cheese wontons as an app and the teriyaki bowl for dinner. Both were delicious! My friend had the sushi and raved about how good it was. Our bartender Jacqui was very attentive and friendly, and I really liked the beer selection. The weather was great so it was cool to have the inside/outside vibe in the bar area. There were more people shuffling in as we were leaving so the lounge aspect was starting. The whole scene was very cool. Give the Hyde Out a shot!! You won't be disappointed.

Awesome spot! We absolutely loved the ambience, and the look! However the best part about it was the menu the cocktails and the service! I don't think there's even a place like this in Miami where we're from. Thank you for everything and well done! We will definitely come back!
One of the coolest spots in Hyde Park, food is fantastic, service is spectacular, and the drinks are delicious. Awesome late night specials for people in the service industry... one of our favorite spots to go after work. If you haven't been you're missing out!
A friend and I went to The Hyde Out for the first time yesterday (Sunday) and we had such a wonderful experience. We sat at the bar and the bar tender was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed. The manager of the restaurant even came over and gave us a mini wine lesson and taste of Pinot Noir to go with out lamb (which was amazing). Overall, the food was fantastic and the staff displayed nothing but excellent customer service!
I love the Hydeout for its ambience and craft cocktails. It's a great place to meet up with friends for a fun night out and a really great dinner! It's not like anything else in Tampa, every detail is artistic and unique.
There are so many things I love about this place. There's the awesome vibe. You can tell real artist put their heart in this place to make it the way it is. Reminds me of a cool big city spot. Then there's the food. They have so many options here between apps, charcuterie and cheese boards, sandwiches, sushi, entrees and more! Everything is so fresh here. Not gonna lie it happens to also have my favorite philly cheese steak! So random but you can't deny it once you have it. Trust me.. Then there's the great craft cocktails. They make all their ingredients fresh and you can really tell. My favorite is the Big Wig. It's a fun twist on an Old Fashioned. They just added some more food and drink items and I can't wait to try them all!
Great atmosphere. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food was fantastic. We were there for our first time on a Friday night and while it was busy, we did not have to worry about overcrowding, which is a huge factor in deciding where we go. Will return often.
The complete redesign of the Hydeout is nothing short of impressive. We enjoyed sushi and drinks (1634 Racine, Mexican Standoff, Mr. Pink, and Smooth Criminal to name a few of our favorites) at the shotgun bar. The drinks and the food were both prepared with great care and the environment made for a great date night. This will certainly be a repeat for me and my fiancé.
The Hyde out is awesome! From the food to the drinks, this place has it all. Great music and amazing sushi. If you haven't been here yet you are missing out.
Hyde out is always my go to spot after work if I'm looking to grab a drink with my girls and some great sushi. Staff is always great but my favorite is Stefan he always goes above and beyond.
