Ordered venti mocha latte with almond milk with extra shot of expresso, got triple of almond milk, and 2 shots of expresso.
Oh well, it still tasted good.
Jonah (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) at this location took my order and he was so funny. His energy made my morning. As I approached the window he asked if I had seen Breaking Bad and proceeded to take my order doing an impression of Walter White. Matcha is usually my go-to but they were out of it, so I asked to get his favorite drink instead and I loved it! I hope Jonah gets recognized. His energy and humor was definitely great to start off the morning and it made me less sad about not having matcha available ! I also left a tip! Not sure how tip distribution works but hope Jonah receives it !!
I have been to this Starbucks pretty much every weekdays for a few months now. I have not had a bad experience and the staff is always so nice. I get the same thing most of the time and every time it tastes like it should.
I go to this Starbucks all the time, and the service is always good. I made a mobile order today through the Starbucks app and I had requested raspberry syrup to be included in my drink (the app was not saying that raspberry syrup was unavailable for the store I ordered at). To be fair, I did not know that the raspberry syrup has now been discontinued, however, I think the app should reflect that a certain product is not available in stores and not say that it's available when it isn't. Just a friendly suggestion.
This location is awesome 👌 I got an iced coffee and it was perfectly sweetened. The barista was so friendly and smiled while taking my order.
I always walk into Starbucks and know what I want but today was different. Today I walked in and asked the girl at the counter to ring me up for anything and Abby didn't disappoint. I found my new go to drink. Abby was very patient with me, nice and very helpful. Thank You Abby!!
This is my five day a week morning stop in route to dropping kids off and making it back to the office. My order is always ready when I walk in and the staff is nice. My only gripe is the inability to park and not get stuck in the parking lot by the drive thru line that takes forever to clear and is super long. If somehow the drive thru could flow another that would be great. Otherwise great location.
I frequently visit this Starbucks. Service is always great. Lines can be long because of its proximity to the University of South Florida and different office complexes in the area. They work quickly and the lines, although long, do not seem to delay service by very long. Keep up the great work!
I adore this Starbucks! They’re always super quick and get my order right. Trista and Jonah are outrageously kind and even try to learn your order and name, which I think is nuts (in the nicest way) considering they deal with thousands of people. Out of all the locations I go to, this one is my absolute favorite and I hope they don’t change a thing.
Relaxing atmosphere to grab coffee and read a book. Staff always busy but super sweet and helpful
