Any place that has a veggie Cuban (in addition to a multitude of options for vegetarians and vegans) gets 5 stars in my book! Added bonus that it was delicious. Was not expecting the potato salad to be an explosion of flavor, and Chef Theo even had cold brew ready to go.

I was there for a quick bite during breakfast and simply loved the Frittata sandwich made my way with all the freshest ingredients. Already anticipating my next visit for the yummy Cabano sandwich. Come see Chef Theo and enjoy his Healthy Alternative Cuisine. 👍

We found this gem in an office building and were so amazed! There was lots to choose from on the menu with nice speciaka for the day. My cheddar cauliflower soup was delicious with a smooth flavor. My friend's green chili was spicy but sweet too. My turkey sandwich was awesome pressed and grilled to perfection. Yum.
After a long, sleepless flight, it was so nice to have such a delicious breakfast for a reasonable price. My partner and I both ordered the Egg and Cheese Frittata breakfast sandwiches, and they have plenty of toppings to choose from. I also had the PB&J smoothie and It really hit the spot! The location was a little confusing to find, it's in an office building. Definitely glad we stopped here!
I tried ‘The PowerHouse’ salad with spinach, romaine, and kale with fresh avocado, almonds and sunflower seeds. The homemade salad dressing was Mango Poppy Seed. It was amazing! It was refreshing and my tastebuds were very happy to made the trip there. I would recommend Chef Theo’s food for any early morning or lunch destination for the freshest food around! Chef Theo Tilson took over a worn out cafe less than a year ago and has turned into a “go-to” destination! Located in the CACI building, close toTampa International and just off 275 the food is fresh, organic, made to order, tasty and healthy. It’s a local business worthy of community support. Try the Hungarian cauliflower soup, or the wild mushroom or split pea! Turkey stew, great wraps and chili’s and sandwiches, freshly brewed tea and coffee, sweets, salads, smoothies and fun music! I have a breakfast frittata almost daily with avocado and spinach and it’s lovely! With customers from Indiana to the United Kingdom, Chefs Theo and Alex are soaring! Check them out. Easy parking across from West Shore Mall. They cater and prep orders for Grub Hub or other delivery or pick up! Truly a bright spot worth discovering!
I had a fabulous lunch here today. You can really tell when the chef is impassioned. It’s one of those little out of the way places where everything is delich! Super healthy, quality ingredients. Love it!!!
I am Puerto Rican and come from a divers background, of good tasteful foods. Hands down, Chili Gourmet makes the best, healthiest, delicious, tasteful sandwiches in town. Not to mention their soups, salads, and smoothies are All top notch!
