The crew in shift this minute at this location did a phenomenal job. One was multitasking taking orders on to registers. Orders came quickly, and even the manager was in the floor helping move things along. At TGH so it’s not a large Starbucks. Not much space for more that getting your order, eating/drinking, and lvn. Props to the staff. Job well done!

Pretty busy so it was kind of slower but the staff was nice and did the best they could. Love Starbucks.

Her warm greetings and kindness, coupled with her ability to engage in interesting conversations, have made each visit enjoyable. The other team members, including Caitlyn, JJ, Ace, Daniel, and Cindy, have also demonstrated their commitment to quality service and have made me feel welcome every single time. I have been at the hospital for over a month, visiting the Starbucks 2-3 times per day, and they have consistently been accurate and polite with my orders. The team works diligently and swiftly to correct any mistakes, always striving for excellence. In fact, they have never one of my nearly 100 orders wrong! The long lines are not a reflection of the staff's performance; rather, they are a testament to their ability to meet the high demand for their services in such a limited space. Each barista at this location has a unique personality and skill set that contributes to the overall positive experience. I truly believe these individuals deserve recognition and financial reward for their hard work and resilience, especially considering the verbal abuse they often face from frustrated customers. It’s great, it’s clean. The prices are a bit different from other starbucks so make sure you are aware before coming in for your usual!

This is inside the Tampa General Hospital first floor located behind McDonald's. Clean, lots of beautiful seating, free WiFi and friendly. Coffee is amazing and if you have tried the snack called Money Honey it's fantastic.
