Busy day on the 12th, but the staff was still very friendly and helpful with our questions and made suggestions to make sure we left happy. The donuts were hot and fresh . The Christmas ones were delicious.

But they do t have my favorite doughnut anymore on menu they said the baker comes in and sometimes makes a sheet of them but it's sad to me the plain glaze cream filled doughnut was the best I don't like chocolate why would they take such a traditional doughnut off the menu I had them in school growing up in Florida glazed cream filled were the best

This place is great! The donuts are hot and fresh. It’s is a very clean. Restaurant and they have very friendly staff. They have really cool merch as well. It’s an iconic store and worth a visit when in town. The location is easy to access right off 275 and you get a great view of downtown in the distance, but the neighborhood is rough. I never felt unsafe but you may get approached and asked for change. Parking is very easy to.

So glad the location on Florida/Waters opened back up....The doughnuts there are always Fresh, Hot 🔥 & Ready!!!!... I often purchase a extra box when I can to pay it forward...These are THE BEST doughnuts hands down!!!!

Woohoo 🎉!!!! They are open again. Nicely redone inside and lots of staff available to help you. We got a mixed dozen, the m&m 3 pack ( special right now), a frozen Carmel coffee and a watermelon freeze. Everything was yummy! The original hot glazed is still my favorite. 😋

For this old fella the donuts don't seem to be as good as they once were but neither am I for that matter. Even the glazed have lost their allure if not hot.
I really like the ladies there...a cheerful group if you can get them going.
Donuts look a bit smaller, the hardened glaze seems different(might be my imagination) but you can always count on a nice selection. Still the best donuts around for my money, excluding some of the independents out there. I visit less than I used to, but I still visit. My wifes face always lights up when I come home with Krispy Kreme.
