Generous portions of delicious, flavorful sandwiches. Quirky digs, super friendly staff. A shame I can’t give them a sixth star!!! Such a great place! Recommend the Trifecta and Gazebo! Definitely a favorite neighborhood spot! A true Florida gem!
Friendly service, tasty sandwiches, what more could you want. Roast beef was rare and paired with some excellent cheese and bread; everything else was fantastic. Very good and unique vegetarian wrap too.
The guy calling the area “extremely bizarre” and “ghetto” etc. should get out a bit more and realize his public opinions can hurt small businesses (that do what they’re supposed to do, make good food, very well). Don’t discourage people from trying a place just because it’s not your personal cup of tea.
Passed this small sandwich shop many times before stopping to give it a try. Clean store, fast service, and practicing safe distance. Had the very good Spring’s Theater Sandwich and my wife had a Kale & Beet Salad with grilled chicken. We enjoyed both. Menu has a large selection of items and says they make everything in house. We’ll be back.
This place is a real gem. Hard to see from Florida Ave parking can be limited but this place is worth it! Located directly across from the Walmart Market this sandwich shop is a real gem. There are a few small tables inside and some cool decor thanks to hand written notes all over the walls. I had the BATT sandwich and it was amazing. The bread was out of this world. The fillings were fresh and delicious too. I'd travel 20-30 min just to eat here.

Packed into a little storefront with 4 friendly staff (I'd gladly have a beer with any of them) is a really great sandwich shop.
With humor in the naming process (the TPD is a black & blue chicken sandwich!) and seriously well thought-out combinations between bread.
I got the Fractals and it was made right there in front of me. Super delicious.
Parking is tight considering there is another restaurant across the side street (Istanbul & it rocks!) and a gentlemen's club on the other side. Deal with it. Hey, the firefighters eat here, why shouldn't you?
This Ahi Tuna was one of the best I have had.. from the first to the last bite Love the Olive looking wasabi, it added the heat i was looking for. The cucumber salad was a refreshing and crisp..but the Jack Daniels bread pudding was of the chain.. I tried to make it home to add ice cream to it... it didnt stand a chance.. highly recommend..
Recommend by a coworker and I was not disappointed. The Ruben was made in-house and extremely delicious. The pasta salad was made in-house as well and exceeded my expectations. Will recommend and will come back again!
New find.. Absolutely the best pastrami in Tampa Bay, hands down. Funky fun place with accolades and graffiti all over the place. Small place only about 8 small tables. If you blink, you will miss it.
Owners make everything fresh and from scratch. Wife makes own salads (quinoa. Tabula, himmus).
Pastrami is king but other sandwiches are also great.
Even offer vegan sandwiches. I come from NYC originally. This place does it right with deli .
I know this place is often rated the best in Tampa but why did it take me two years to find out for myself? Not only is the shop adorable and plays great music but the staff is also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I got the limited availability sandwich The BATT with a side of bowtie pesto pasta. Yum!! Fresh and made quickly, even when I changed from to go to dine in.
I will be back because I have my eye on at least three other sandwiches and side dishes💜.
There is a great selection of sandwiches here. We tried the 1927 and the Bird Street and both were delicious. Portions are great and they have really good sides. Will definitely come back to try more.
