Holy Hog Barbecue - Tampa - Photo album

Man was this good! It made me feel bad that I wasn't that hungry. Because the food is so good. The mac and cheese is great. The Brunswick stew is great the pulled pork is amazing. What ever beer the bartender recommended was spot on.
Awesome spot to get some quality BBQ for a decent price. Nice wait staff and the location was clean. Even outside sitting was clean and flyless. I enjoyed the selection of food they offered and the sauces to compliment the food. Overall, 4.5 stars
We stumbled on this place and I am glad we stopped. The fries are good. The smoked turkey was on the dry side but still so flavorful. The sweet corn fritter bites sealed the deal! The Texas toast was grilled perfectly and with a mix of the Carolina and sweet bbq sauces, delicious.
The barbecue was good but they must have had a super busy say because they were out of several sides. Try the corn fritters, they were amazing.
Best BBQ in Downtown Tampa, good portions, great service, very welcoming, loved the beverage selection, and HELPED ME FIND MY CANEšŸ˜
Good BBQ in downtown Tampa. It's close to the convention center, which is a plus. The outdoor seating and bar was great. Friendly service.
Outstanding food. I had the brisket it was moist and tender. The two sides I had were the jalapeno mac and cheese and the baked beans. Both highly recommended. Great barbecue at an affordable price. Served cafeteria style so it's very efficient as well. Five stars.
Angel the manager was very friendly. His staff was good too. Chicken was a little dry but the pulled pork was great. Sides were average. They have a bar outside beside the restaurant's limited outdoor seating, but it was slow when we got there (a Summer Friday at 5 PM) so it was fine. Not a bad j
Great food, top notch sauces and sides (Jalapeno Mac & Cheese! YUM!) A bit slow on the service, but worth the wait.
This place has amazing food! The burnt ends were smoked with what seemed a hickory smoked flavor. The brisket would be pulled apart which gives me the indication the smoking technique is in full affect. Transition to the sides and what you will find is braised greens, wonderful mac and cheese l, and
This is my third time getting food from this restaurant. Service and food are consistently very good. Friendly service and not a long wait for food. They have a lunchbox special that is a good deal. The mac and cheese is quite good - comfort food. The pulled pork sandwich is a generous portion
I've ordered primarily through Uber eats, but absolutely love their BBQ. Good service, great drivers, and portions are usually good. I say usually only because depending on what item is ordered, the portion sizes sometimes don't seem to reflect the price. I've gotten a great deal on a pile of shredd
First time visiting this restaurant this weekend but we will be back. If you have a gluten allergy this fabulous place definitely has several options. The BBQ is delicious! Hunter was great and went the extra mile helping me navigate through the menu with my food allergies. He was very informative
The 1st time I went to the holy hog in downtown Tampa I felt I paid way too much for what I got. I finally went back last week where it seems like there portions have gotten larger. There jalapeno mac and cheese was amazing! The French fries were soggy. The pulled pork was pretty darn good. I wi
The service at this location is incredible. The staff is friendly and welcoming, as well as efficient. The food is usually very good, but it can be hit or miss. The sides are always fresh, but it's pretty easy to tell if you're getting yesterday's leftover meats.
Love this place! By far my favorite barbecue. We stumbled upon it one afternoon that we were in Tampa for a Lightning game and am so glad we did. The food is always delicious, and their sauces are great as well. We make the hour drive when weā€™re in the mood for some good barbecue or heading to a hoc
