This is my favorite Pho restaurant in Tampa. They recently remodeled and they have a nice sushi bar. The menu looks new and updated as well. The vegetable rice rolls are the best. My husband got a rice noodle dish that was very tasty as well. I've eaten pho at several restaurants and Pho Quyen remains my favorite.

Dropped in for a quick dinner on a weekday. The place was packed, service was quick. We shared fried rice with grilled curry chicken and lemongrass chicken. Quantities were huge and enough for 2 people to share. Food was very tasty, although I think the curry chicken had all the flavor and not the fried rice in itself. Will be visiting again

Large location with plenty of seating, fresh food and friendly staff. My cousin and I got the snow pea special, seafood pan fried noodles and the beef vermicelli bowl. The cocktails are cheap around $6 each. Great value for what you get. Food quality is good and flavors are on point

We were seated quickly, and the staff was friendly, although a little hard to understand at times. I started out with Gyoza as an appetizer, and it was so good, I decided to have them as my meal along with rice. The Gyoza, sauce, and their rice were all excellent. My friend got a bowl with steak along with soup and sides. They looked great, and said they tasted the same.

This was my first visit to this location, my normal go-to is the one on Fowler, so I came in with high expectations. :) Our server was wonderful and super helpful, attentive to me and my family's needs once we had all arrived and were seated. I really loved that this location offers some different dishes on the menu as opposed to the other location, it changes up the experience a bit. (why yes, I am definitely eyeballing those stuffed calamari when I return.) Now I came in with high expectations because I'm always treated right at the Fowler location, so I was comparing the two experiences a lot. My boyfriend was delighted that they offer pig feet/bone and blood chunks that can be added to the soups. My beef salad was cooked great and tasted great as always, with just the right amount of sweetness in the sauce and the meat being super soft. The biggest bummer for me was that I always love to order a side of fried rice instead of plain rice with my beef salad, however this location was not so accommodating. I was told the only option I have would have is to order an entire entree of fried rice or no side at all, so that was definitely disappointing as that makes up for half my meal experience. The prices are also a bit higher here. The shrimp appetizer is tasty, sitting in a sweet n sour type sauce with mayo over the top. It's great for something small and quick, but I will be sticking to the summer rolls primarily. Overall it's worth a try! The place is very spacious and clean. Nicely decorated. I still prefer the other location, but there are some other items on this menu I believe are worth trying out when I return. ;)

Quick, friendly service, generous portions, reasonable prices, highly recommended! We had chicken, veggie noodle soup, fried rice, stir fried chicken. Chocolate lava cake was delicious. Fried rice was a bit dry. Overall, great family friendly dining experience.

This is My Favorite Vietnamese Restaurant in the Tampa Bay Area so far! I been eating at this restaurant for many years and the food is Excellent and is exactly what I like, I love the Pho Soup and the Vietnamese Coffee! I also love the Rice Vermicelli it’s perfect. Vietnamese food is very Healthy and Clean and not a lot of sugar. If you are interested in trying a Clean way to eat try Vietnamese food. I have introduced Vietnamese Food to many people over the years and they really enjoy it. And make sure you try the fresh Vegetable Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce with a splash of Sriracha hot Sauce! Amazing!!! Love it!!!

It is an excellent place with friendly staff, and pricing is reasonable. They placed the tripe for the pho on the side so I could give that to my mom. They also took half of the noodles from her order and set them to the side to share with others. They did not charge extra and were curious and pleasant the entire time. I only wish they could include brisket as a pho option.

The most authentic Vietnamese spot in Tampa Bay. Only place I have been to where they serve the BEST Ca Phe Sua Da with the viet dripper. Best Bun Bo in the bay, freshest pig blood. They don't overdo the lemon grass and the pho isn't overly cinnamon-tasting. Francis, Tony, Phuc, Dat, Vy and everyone else apart of the staff are very respectful and always provide top-tiered service to their Customers. They represent how true Vietnamese restauranteurs perform their business and it shows. No biases towards any race. They just want people to enjoy good authentic Vietnamese food. I'm glad I found this spot after 2 years living in the Tampa Bay area.

This place has a really chill atmosphere! An amazing bar and specialty cocktails. We were greeted upon walking in. The sevice was great. It wasn't a busy time of the day. We had an order of Fresh Rolls to start and Sliced Beef Pho. The Fresh Rolls were perfect. The peanut sauce was so good. Our Pho came with plenty of fresh basil and fixings. The bowl was huge. The broth was so flavorful and the beef was tender. It was a satisfying portion of noodle, too! So darn good I almost finished it. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a delicious hot bowl of Pho. I can't wait to go back and try so different things.
