The staff was very polite and humble. Food was abundant. I went to have sancocho and it wasn't great but maybe because I'm picky with my sancocho, I like it more watery.

I’m from Orlando and We visit this restaurant with my family and we had the best sancocho de cola and I must say it was delicious. Service was amazing and we definitely felt like family. And last but not least we had arroz con leche and it was so good. I will definitely come back soon.

What a find, Pollo Rico Grill was fantastic!
My wife and I cannot stop talking about the flavors packed into our meals.
The half chicken with rice and beans was delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection. Nice and juicy!
Our favorite plate was the tostones with guacamole. This guacamole was top notch. This was fresh and full of flavor.
We received excellent customer service from the waitresses.
We are looking forward to our next visit already!

Small but very friendly and with good service, a perfect place for a weekday lunch with their daily specials. The roast chicken is very good and with a very Colombian taste. The waitresses are very friendly and the coffee is free.
2022: business under new administration, i cannot give 5 starts at this time maybe 3 or 4.
