Dunkin' Donuts

The few times I have actually gone here and gotten what I wanted, the coffee was good. But the last handful of times we have stopped, and at different times completely, on different days in different weeks and months mind you, we have heard the same excuse - they JUST started cleaning the latte machine. Well, isn't that something? I have radar for when they are cleaning the exact machine I need for the only product of theirs that I care to buy. Is it actually being cleaned or do they just not feel like making it, or maybe they cleaned it an hour ago and don't feel like dirtying it? Either way, they lost my money plenty of times because if I don't get what I stopped for, I drive away.

Used to love this place but it went from 4 stars to 1. The employees touched the inside of the coffee cups with bare hands and constantly wiped there hands in their pants, not the apron. Forgot about my sandwich and dropped a waffle on the top of the trash can but decided to put it in the oven and serve it anyway! Will not be returning. Owner and management need to fix this!

Ive had issues here with a employee however nothing was worse than waiting for my coffee as i got to watch a EMPLOYEE tweek from drugs and the rest of the employees just ignored her simply because they didn't want to deal with it!!! She looked dirty and like she needed rehab. I was grossed out simply by her being near everyones food n drink. Just awful!
