Food use to be good. Now it seems no matter where you go either service sucks or food is nasty. It was both in this case. Did not get what we ordered. We ordered Extra Crispy and was asked if we minded a mix of extra crispy and regular fried chicken and we got no extra crispy. Chicken had so much grease could not hold onto it to eat it. Not going into all the details but it was a nasty meal. Had Chicken tenders as well as sides. It all tasted old or over cooked. The people seemed nice. Sorry but truth hurts. We ended up throwing the entire meal out. Had some agitated people at the house. Friends and Family. They said they are not getting nothing from there.

Ordered the Nashville hot chicken they give me plain chicken they do not answer their phone had to make a second trip there the black lady that was in the Drive-Thru window was very rude and she handed me a freaking container of the hot sauce and pickles and got mad when I told her I wanted it on the chicken the way it's supposed to be you guys need to do something about your staff I will never go back there again! The restaurant was nasty. What a joke of a place

The terrific staff that you guys have at this location seems to be becoming very burnt out. I have witnessed shift leaders, I'm assuming that's what y'all refer to them as, yelling at employees that are clocked out on their break or clocked out from work to come back on the line before they leave the facility, I have repeatedly seen employees at this location coping with extremely short-staffed circumstances and being talked to in about by rude customers that perhaps in their own hurry and such don't realize how short staff these folks are I mean literally the two people that you see are the only two people working
