They were very helpful
The food was fresh. The air conditioning was so awesome!!! And as I update this I would like to also say that their heat was nice during this. Some of the managers that I know that work there were not there but everyone was kind, and courteous and even the district manager is a great guy. I know him because I used to work next door. I would recommend anyone to go here this is a good place.

We stop here on our way down 10. The restaurant was out of booberry biscuits. This wonderful biscuit lady made us some fresh while we ate lunch. We lived in NC and didnt realize bojangles wasnt everywhere. It is always a treat!

This place has gotten a lot better, new management has made a difference. Still has occasional service issues, but getting better

Great fast food late afternoon lunch/dinner on our long drive home from visiting family. Manager was cordial and demonstrated genuine interest in our having a positive experience. IT WORKED...WE DID!! Thx!!

Such good customer service! The main guy working there was super friendly and gave us recommendations, made sure we had everything and brought the food out to us. The restaurant closed in 10 minutes when we got there and they were still so nice and welcoming. The bbq chicken sandwich was good as well as the fresh fries and mashed potatoes. The restaurant was very clean and had a good experience here.

My very first visit to the Bojangles on north Monroe. I was even sure if I would like the food. But my daughters and I were heading to pick up something for dinner. When my gut said try this place. Longer story short. I was completely blown away by the outstanding customer service, the quality and taste of the food, and the pricing compared to its competitors. The staff went above and beyond for my girls and I. I will forever be a customer of Bojangles. Keep up the great work.

We have never had a bad experience here! The customer service is unbeatable! Today, we were welcomed, and they even gave our daughter a free lemonade! The employees are always so friendly, it’s one of the cleanest restaurants we’ve been to in town, and the food is always fantastic!
