Trying their new sandwich! #CajunFlounderSandwich! I must say, i Love it! I am not a fan of spicy food but this is just right for me, there’s that little kick but its fine. Their spicy chicken sandwich is very spicy for me, it’s also a good sandwich but i can’t finish it because of the level of the spicyness, but with this one, with your spiced fries as a side and with your favorite drink, Just perfect! #PopeyesThomasvilleRoadTallahassee #PopeyesChicken

I tried the much talked about New chicken Sandwich. I now understand what all the fuss is about. This was wildly beyond my expectations. The sandwich was light and crisp on the outside and the all white meat chicken breast was unusually moist in the middle. It is served on brioche style bun which held up well and added to the overall flavor profile of the sandwich. I rarely dine in a fast food restaurant but this was worth the lack of cleanliness inside the restaurant. The.restaurant staff was loud and did not communicate well. The line at the single cashier was short,yet it took me 11 minutes just to place my order. The sandwich was fresh and served hot. Staff was poorly groomed and the restrooms and parking lot needed attention. With such an outstanding new item that will bring new traffic into the restaurant, it would do them well to focus on cleanliness and good customer service skills. As it is, this facility would not pass a health department inspection. Guess how I know?
